Arras

Arras is the historic and administrative capital of the Pas‑de‑Calais department, located at the heart of the largest agri‑food economic zone north of Paris. As the prefecture of Pas‑de‑Calais, it has 41,000 inhabitants, making it the third‑largest city in the department after Calais and Boulogne‑sur‑Mer. It is also the seat of the Arras urban community.
